What it never decides on its own

How to get set up
- Link your WhatsApp with a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. The number stays on your phone.
- Tell us about your business: prices, opening hours, the questions you get and how you answer them.
- Start in draft mode: the AI writes and you press send. When you're happy with how it replies, switch it to automatic.

Yes. Give it the links to your listings and it sends them when someone asks about that property.
What if someone asks about a property that's already let?
It says so clearly and offers similar ones in the same area and price range, instead of letting the conversation die.
Can it help win new instructions from landlords and sellers?
It answers and follows up with the landlords and sellers who contact you. Messaging people who haven't contacted you is a different matter, with legal limits (PECR and GDPR); we'll walk you through it in the demo.
