WhatsApp AI agent for private clinics and practices
Reception can't keep up with the phone, the front desk and WhatsApp all at once. The agent answers the usual questions, offers a first appointment and follows up with people who took away a treatment plan.
Answers the usual questions
Prices, opening hours, whether you work with insurers, how to find you. The questions that eat half of reception's morning.
Leads to a first appointment
Every conversation ends with an appointment offer, not "let us know if you need anything".
Recovers treatment plans
A week after a patient leaves with a plan for a longer treatment, it gets in touch to answer any questions.
What it never decides on its own
The agent stops and hands the conversation to you when it comes to any clinical question, symptoms, test results, complaints and changes to an ongoing treatment. You see it flagged in the inbox and get an alert on your phone.
How to get set up
- Link your WhatsApp with a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. The number stays on your phone.
- Tell us about your business: prices, opening hours, the questions you get and how you answer them.
- Start in draft mode: the AI writes and you press send. When you're happy with how it replies, switch it to automatic.
From €150 a month excl. VAT per number, no contract. See all plans.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It's instructed not to diagnose or recommend treatment: if a question is clinical, it passes it to a professional.
What about health data?
Health data is special category data under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. MultiChats acts as your processor under an Article 28 agreement, and we recommend not asking for more health information on WhatsApp than is strictly necessary.
Does it connect to my booking system?
Today it offers the slots you give it and passes you the booking to confirm. Direct calendar integrations are looked at case by case.
