I'm Joan Antoni Grimalt (Toni). I've spent fifteen years building websites and getting them found on Google, and I'm the founder of Agendra, a Spanish platform of websites with online booking for sole traders and small businesses.
At Agendra I was handling hundreds of conversations with small business owners across four WhatsApp numbers, by hand. The hard part was everything after the first reply: four phones, conversations left unanswered, follow-ups forgotten, and the feeling that every customer we lost was down to not replying in time.
MultiChats is the tool I built for myself: the four numbers on one screen, an agent that replies the way I do and follows up, and data on which message works. I used it first; then other people asked for it.
What I promise
- To explain clearly how WhatsApp is connected (by QR code, like WhatsApp Web, not through the official API) and the risk that comes with it: Meta can restrict a number that sends in bulk.
- That the AI won't do anything you wouldn't: no dropping prices, no promises, no pestering people who said no.
- No contract. If it doesn't work for you, you leave.
Where we are
MultiChats is run from Madrid, Spain, so our legal texts are governed by Spanish and EU law; the English versions are informative translations. The demo and support are available in English.
