A WhatsApp AI agent for dental practices
In a private dental practice, the revenue sits in treatment plans that patients take home and never book. The agent follows each one up, patiently, without sounding like a call centre.
Treatment plan follow-up
A few days after the consultation it gets back to each patient with a plan outstanding and answers whatever is holding them back: cost, nerves or time.
Payment plans explained clearly
It explains monthly instalments and terms exactly as you give them, without inventing offers or promising discounts.
Check-ups and hygiene visits
It reminds patients when their check-up or hygienist appointment is due and offers them a time.
What it never decides on its own
The agent stops and hands the conversation to you when it comes to clinical questions, toothache or anything that sounds urgent, changes to a treatment plan and any discussion about price. You see it flagged in the inbox and get an alert on your phone.
How to get set up
- Link your WhatsApp with a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. The number stays on your phone.
- Tell us about your business: prices, opening hours, the questions you get and how you answer them.
- Start in draft mode: the AI writes and you press send. When you're happy with how it replies, switch it to automatic.
From €150 a month excl. VAT per number, no contract. See all plans.
Frequently asked questions
Can it offer a discount to close a treatment?
Only the ones you have authorised in writing. If a patient asks for more, the conversation is passed to you.
Does it message every patient at once?
No. It writes gradually, with daily caps and varied wording, so it never looks like a bulk send and your number stays safe. And it only follows up with patients who have already been in touch with you.
What if a patient is in pain?
It recognises words like pain, swelling or a broken tooth and alerts your team straight away, so someone can offer an emergency slot.
Is patient data safe?
Health information is special category data under UK GDPR. MultiChats acts as your processor under an Article 28 agreement, and we recommend not collecting more clinical detail on WhatsApp than you need.
