A WhatsApp AI agent for driving schools and instructors

Learners message between classes and late at night: how much, manual or automatic, how soon can I start. You're in the car teaching. The agent replies and books the first lesson.

IN SHORTMultiChats replies on WhatsApp to learner drivers and their parents: lesson prices, block bookings, manual or automatic, intensive courses and availability, and books the first lesson with the right instructor.

How it replies to your customers

Example conversation (fictitious data)
LEARNERHi, how much are your lessons? I've never driven before.
AI AGENTHi! Lessons are £38 an hour, or £350 for a block of 10. Would you like to learn in a manual or an automatic?
LEARNERAutomatic, and I live near the station.
AI AGENTGreat, Mark covers that area in an automatic. He has a first lesson free on Wednesday at 4pm or Saturday at 10am. Which suits you?

Replies while you're teaching

You can't answer the phone mid-lesson. The agent answers every enquiry straight away, with your prices and areas.

Matches learners to instructors

It asks about gearbox, area and availability and suggests the instructor who fits.

Keeps diaries full

It follows up with learners who asked about prices but didn't book, and offers cancelled slots to people waiting.

What it never decides on its own

The agent stops and hands the conversation to you when it comes to failed tests and test bookings, complaints, changes of instructor and anything about medical conditions or licence issues. You see it flagged in the inbox and get an alert on your phone.

How to get set up

  • Link your WhatsApp with a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. The number stays on your phone.
  • Tell us about your business: prices, opening hours, the questions you get and how you answer them.
  • Start in draft mode: the AI writes and you press send. When you're happy with how it replies, switch it to automatic.

From €150 a month excl. VAT per number, no contract. See all plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can it say how many lessons a learner will need?

Only the guidance you give it. It doesn't make up figures: without them, it explains that it depends on each learner and the instructor will advise.

Can it book driving tests?

No. Test bookings are made by the learner with DVSA; the agent can explain the process in general terms and pass any questions to you.

Does it work for a school with several instructors?

Yes. Each instructor can have their own number, or one number can share out the enquiries, and you see everything in one inbox.
