Does it answer tax questions?
Not in substance: that's your team's job. It gives general information about your services and leads to the call.
Can it handle my existing clients too?
It can, but most firms use it for new enquiries; existing clients usually prefer to speak to their own accountant.
What about confidentiality?
MultiChats acts as your processor under an Article 28 agreement, and the AI doesn't train on your conversations. We recommend not collecting documents over WhatsApp.
